- All our faculty and staff will ensure that they wear masks at all times while in the University.
- All our faculty and staff members are encouraged to maintain 1.5 meters distance with participants and colleagues.
- Faculty or Staff at high risk of complications from COVID-19 or who may be taking care of someone at high risk are encouraged to work from home. This should be done in consultation with their Head of Department and the People and Culture Office.

- Faculty and staff will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining their individual workspaces, including desks, chairs, and pedagogical and computer equipment.
- Faculty and staff are asked to avoid office gatherings, break rooms, and unnecessary visitors in the workplace.
- Faculty and staff members who exhibit flu-like symptoms will not be allowed into the University.
