The university sports teams unveiled their new playing kits last weekend. The new kit is made from polyester and elathan which gives it a soft and elastic feel. The micro mesh in the fabric makes the kit very ideal for Africa since it keeps cool air flowing in and sweat flowing out, this moisture management keeps one performing at their peak, in even the hottest conditions. The kit was designed and made by the UK based sports wear Raging Bull.

 

Speaking at the launch of the kit, the Dean of Students, Mr. Paul Ochieng said that for the first time, all Strathmore University sports teams will have the same uniform design and this is in line with the departments strategy to unify and strengthen the brand for ease of partnerships with corporates.
