For the second year running, Strathmore University has given its students a chance to be more efficient in the digital era. In partnership with leading provider Lenovo, the University issued the first year students with the latest brand of laptops to facilitate their studies. 

The university’s laptop policy ensures that all degree students become more competent at note-taking, have accessibility and connectivity to internet and are proficient in all writing and editing options available on the gadgets.

 

Strathmore’s e-learning platform enables faster access to lecture notes, e-books and journals using the University’s high internet connectivity, complete with off-site access to the Library resources.

 

“Being a student at Strathmore University is a dream come true, the learning facilities are amazing and receiving a laptop to enable my learning is an even bigger step , as I pursue my degree,” says Baraka Junerean Tumaini, a scholarship student.
