Urgent Action Fund- Africa (UAF-A), in partnership with the Government of Malawi and other like-minded organisations have organised the Women Steering Innovating Leadership in Africa International Conference in Lilongwe, Malawi in 2013.

 

This three days conference has two aims: addressing the misconceptions and false beliefs that women cannot be efficient leaders on one hand; and on the other setting in motion a movement aiming at a greater interest in women’s capabilities for leadership in Africa.
