Strathmessenger is the new face of the latest communication strategy which sets to make communication effective, fast and reliable to all the students on Campus.  This project by the Students Council has been designed to cater for the rapidly growing student population, as well as improving the modes of communication from posters, face book updates and occasional announcements by the council members in classes, to a paperless and less laborious option: Text messages and email based system.

 

The messenger allows students to receive personalized SMS messages and emails availing critical information to students within the shortest time. Students can easily sign up and subscribe to all updates that come from the council, with regards to security matters, sporting, club activities, events, promotions and even simple tenders which may arise. This initiative is intended to strengthen the Strathmore community, with more students engaging in activities and taking better advantage of the networking opportunities available.

 

The registration process is so simple. All one needs to do is hand over their email address and phone number to their class representatives and get signed up or register themselves online by following the following process:
