Two of the candidates hired, Brian Mutiga (Bachelor of Business Science in Financial Economics) and Eric Chege (Bachelor of Business Science in Finance) are Strathmore University students from the School of Finance and Applied Economics due to graduate in June 2014. They will be stationed in Mckinsey & Co.’s Nairobi office which is located in Delta Towers, Westlands.

The candidates went through an online application, problem solving test and one on one interview before emerging as the best candidates for the program.
