McKinsey & Company will be the next home for two of our own students Brian Mutiga (Bachelor of Business Science in Financial Economics) and Eric Chege (Bachelor of Business Science in Finance) who recently got hired after an online application, problem solving test and one on one interview, emerging as the best candidates for the East Africa Young Leaders program. The students graduated in June this year.

 

The company, a global management consulting firm was recently launched, at their Nairobi office situated on the 7^th Floor of Delta Towers, Westlands. The launch was attended by among others, Strathmore University’s Dean of Students, Mr. Paul Ochieng and Mr. Dominic Barton, McKinsey Global Managing Director. Also in attendance were the two Strathmore university recruited graduates.

 

Mckinsey & Company serves as an adviser to businesses, governments, and institutions around the world and was involved in the crafting of Kenya’s Vision 2030. It was founded in 1926 by James O. Mckinsey and is headquartered in New York City.
