About the speaker

Mr. Sonola is the Managing Director of Guaranty Trust Bank East Africa and has over 24 years investment and international banking experience.

Previously, Mr. Adekunle Sonola, also known as Kunle, served as Group Head of Corporate Banking Mainland and General Manager at Guaranty Trust Bank plc. Kunle has also served as Deputy General Manager at Guaranty Trust Bank plc. Mr. Sonola served as Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. ( a subsidiary of Standard Bank of South Africa ) And Director Investment Banking Coverage Africa for Standard Bank of South Africa Business School in the United Kingdom.

 

The topic of the lecture will be “Opportunities that GTBank preserves in East Africa and how students can benefit“.

 

The lecture will be on 10th April, 2014 at the University Auditorium at 5.30 pm.
