Top students who have appeared in the Dean’s list for 3 consecutive years were awarded for their great achievements at the Strathmore Academic Excellence Awards event hosted on 6^th April, 2017 by the university Student Council.

The event, which aims to recognise and appreciate hard work, also serves as a form of encouragement to other students to work harder.

78 students were awarded in the School of Management and Commerce; 18 from Strathmore Institute of Mathematical Sciences; 23 students from the Faculty of Information Technology; and 2 students from Strathmore Law School, who scored straight A’s of an average of 70%.
