Congratulations to the class of 2019. Strathmore University invites the class of 2019 to the Graduation Ceremony on Friday 28th June 2019
Important reminders to make the celebration joyous and successful:
1. Rehearsal Day- Thursday 27th June 2019
All graduands are requested to attend the rehearsal on Thursday at 2.30pm. This is important because of the new seating arrangements in place.
2. Graduation Day- Friday 28th June 2019
All graduands are expected to be seated by 9.30am. The graduation procession will begin at 10am. Graduands arriving when the ceremony has began will not access the graduation seating area.
Kindly keep time and cooperate with security and parking instructions given on the
day.
3. Completion Certificates and Transcripts
Completion Certificates and Transcripts will be issued from Monday 22nd July 2019 to Friday 1st November 2019 from Registrar’s Office Central Building 9am- 5.30pm.
Any Certificates and Transcripts collected after 1st November 2019 will attract a Ksh. 200 levy per each working day.
4. Graduation App
The University has a graduation App that will relay all details of the Graduation Ceremony. An updated version will be live on Wednesday 26th June 2019. You can download the same from the Android Play Store or Apple App Store. The name of the app is “SU Graduation”.
5. Students Clearance
All pending student clearance will be completed by Wednesday 26th June 2019
