Communication and Life Skills Training

For youth aged 16 – 20 years (Currently in High School or High School Leavers)

The course is a transformative six weeks program structured to imbue participants with the necessary self-management skills, knowledge and ability to navigate emerging issues affecting them during this time of Covid – 19 and beyond.
