- Have an undergraduate degree
- Or be in the final year of your undergraduate program at the time of registration.
- Or have four years of qualified, professional work experience.
- Or have a combination of work and college experience that totals at least four years (Note: Internship positions do not qualify).
To enroll in the tuition program, attend an oral interview at Strathmore University (These are given every Tuesday and Thursday mornings). One needs to come with:
- KES 2000 interview fee.
- One (1) passport photo.
- Copies and originals of academic credentials, including your degree certificate and transcripts.
- Secondary school leaving certificate.
- National ID / Passport / Birth certificate.
The CFA program classes run as follows:
1. From January to July in preparation for candidates sitting from August onwards.
2. From July to January the next year in preparation for candidates sitting from February onwards.
• Classes are held every Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays (Evenings: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm) & Saturdays (Mornings: 8.30 am - 1.00 pm).
The CFA Institute offers a Program Access Scholarship to provide financial support to those who may be unable to afford the full price for program enrollment and exam registration.
The scholarship covers the one-time CFA Program enrollment fee (if applicable) and reduces the exam registration fee.
