1. What is SRCC?


Strathmore Research & Consultancy Centre (SRCC) Kenya, is Special Purpose Vehicle wholly owned by Strathmore University and the Strathmore Educational Trust, Registered Trustees (SERT).


2. Why does the University need SRCC?


The mandate of the company is to encourage and facilitate research and consultancy among the University’s departments and individual staff members. Specifically, it deals with research, training and consultancy activities that may have tax implications.


3. The Board:

4. SRCC in the East African Region

 

In order to facilitate growth and expansion of consultancy services in region, the University has registered regional offices in Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania, hence we now have SRCC Uganda, SRCC Tanzania, and SRCC Rwanda. These offices will facilitate the conduct of business, payments and other transactions that pertain to any business in the region.
