Dr. Ngoye has a good understanding of HIV/AIDS and other diseases of public health importance in Eastern Africa, of Health Systems and NGO Management, and of the health-related socio-politico-economic issues of the wider Eastern and Central Africa by virtue of having worked in and supported government and civil society institutions in the region. His experience ranges through the cycle of project management from project conceptualization, resource mobilization and business development, to assessments and evaluations, organization learning and knowledge management.

She holds a PhD in Marketing, Master in Banking and Finance degree (Microfinance specialization), Master of Science degree (Marketing specialization) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing specialization). She also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, U.K) and is a member of this professional body. Dr. Stella has worked for over 18 years spanning both academia and industry with considerable experience in teaching and training in Strategic Marketing Planning and Management, Sales Management, Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Research Methods, Customer Experience and Relationship Marketing. She has held various Sales and Marketing roles with corporate organizations specifically within the Beverage and Financial services sector. Dr. Stella is also an avid researcher with research interests in Relationship Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethical  Consumerism and Social Performance Management. She has been part of research teams that bid and won research grants in which she has played the roles of lead researcher and assistant lead researcher. Dr. Stella has published in internationally recognized journals as well as presented several papers in local and international conferences. Through her roles, she aspires to transform business leaders into positive change agents in society, within the region and beyond.

Muriithi has a degree in Economics, professional course in Accounting and Project Management and a Master of Public Policy and Management. He has attended several other courses like Leadership Development Program at SBS, Managing Globally at New York University, Behavioral Science of Management at YALE and is currently pursuing Senior Management Leadership Program at Strathmore Business School.
He is very passionate about social entrepreneurship and is currently the founder and mentor of three youth social enterprises in Kenya.

Before joining Strathmore Business School, he worked as the Business Development Manager at the Informal Sector Business Institute and a Senior Associate in Assurance Services in PricewaterhouseCoopers, being a finalist of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK.  The Master of Applied Philosophy and Ethics student with a background in Actuarial Science is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional from the Balanced Scorecard Institute in Washington DC. He has also been trained in the Senior Management Leadership Program offered by the Strathmore Business School as well as the Managing for Results program offered by the Gordon Institute for Business Science. An avid reader of philosophy, history and literature, he has also attended quality training and accreditation seminars offered by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) as well as the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
