The Food Euphoria is a student activity that is meant to give the students a platform to demonstrate and
execute skills learnt throughout their four-year course. The aim of this event is to empower students to apply lessons learnt in class – management, entrepreneurial and technical skills. This event is a culmination of the different ideas, skills set of the graduating class. It also serves as a platform for the industry to spot talent among the students. Students are expected to organize A-Z of the event including, planning, marketing, marshalling resources, and the actual food production and service. The second food euphoria attracted over 130 delegates in the year 2018.

All proceeds from the event will be channeled to Elimisha Stratizen, an initiative by the Strathmore student’s
council that aids in paying fees for the students who have the academic qualifications and zeal to study but
have a challenge in raising the funds. The event is graced by renowned hospitality and tourism professionals.
